Mitigating Risk and Managing Stakeholders, through the Development Process
Marco DePalma maintains the highest standard of excellence in managing the development process, on time and within budget.
While his focus is primarily on the development and renovation of Senior Living Communities, Marco’s expertise and skilled approach carries over to a variety of design/construction applications. His architectural background allows him to interact with architects and engineers equally, while maintaining a keen appreciation for budget, constructability and schedule constraints. His eclectic work experience on projects includes extensive development of CCRC’s, new hospital construction, corporate headquarters, pharmaceutical facilities, office buildings, middle income housing, rail station renovations, school fire code and ADA update and historical restoration of land mark buildings.
After twenty five years of a challenging and diverse body of work, from onsite Project Management to Director of Business Development for a Fortune 500 company – and most recently, ten years as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) Developer, Marco formed The Belaire Group LLC in January 2009. His experience provided the impetus to create an organization that offers a wide range of services, from Conceptual Design assistance, and on-site Owner’s Representation, during all phases of construction.
